Welcome to Vesselio Sports Wear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Who you are contracting with: Vesselio Sports Wear is a brand operated by SWIFT AGROSY LOGISTICS. When you place an order, you enter into a contract with SWIFT AGROSY LOGISTICS, registered in Ghana. Vesselio Sports Wear is the trade name under which we sell products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our store complies with applicable laws in your location.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@swiftagrosylogistics.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and pricing

• Catalog prices are based in USD; supported storefront display currencies may vary, and card payments are processed in GHS at the prevailing exchange rate.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). If payment was taken, we will issue a full refund.
• An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until we begin processing your order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paystack). By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• All sales are final after shipment, except where a refund is required for defective items on receipt, wrong items, or non-delivery as described in our Return Policy.
• You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped.
• Exchanges may be available within 7 days for unworn items with tags, or for wrong/defective items — see the Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, product images, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to SWIFT AGROSY LOGISTICS and Vesselio Sports Wear. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SWIFT AGROSY LOGISTICS and Vesselio Sports Wear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
