Shipping Policy
Where we ship, how much it costs, and when to expect delivery.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to the following regions only:
- United States
- USA
- Canada
- United Kingdom
We do not ship to Mexico or other countries not listed above.
2. Shipping rates
- United States: $10 USD flat rate per order
- Canada & United Kingdom: $25 USD flat rate per order
Catalog prices are based in USD. Supported storefront currencies may be previewed before checkout, and shipping is added at checkout.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships. Processing time before dispatch is typically 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs (international orders), or peak periods.
4. Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available from the carrier). You can also view order status in your account under Orders.
5. International orders (Canada & UK)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment to your address, except where non-delivery is confirmed — see our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
