Return & Refund Policy
Our policy on cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Important: All sales are final after your order has shipped, except as described below for defective items, wrong items, or non-delivery.
1. No refunds after shipment (general rule)
Once your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or similar reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
2. When refunds or replacements apply
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Defective on arrival: the item has a manufacturing defect or damage when you receive it.
- Wrong item: we sent a different product, size, or variant than what you ordered.
- Non-delivery: your order was not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window and tracking confirms loss or non-delivery.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for non-delivery claims) with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Cancellation before shipment
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped. Email info@swiftagrosylogistics.com with your order number. After 24 hours, or once the order has shipped, cancellation is not available except under sections 2 or 4 below.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size exchange (unworn): within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.
- Wrong or defective item: we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional product cost; return shipping for our error is covered by us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
5. Non-returnable items
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (if clearly marked)
6. How to start a return or claim
- Email info@swiftagrosylogistics.com with your order number, reason for return/claim, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our team to approve your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship items only after approval; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items (where a return is required). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
